Our Founders

MCXI was founded by two visionary leaders who bring a unique blend of expertise, passion, and global experience to the field of coaching:

Daniel Olexa, MCC, CIHt

With over 30 years of professional problem-solving experience, Daniel has trained more than 3,500 individuals worldwide, teaching nearly 5,000 hours of classes.

As a mentor, he has guided over 100 coaches to achieve their ICF credentials with a 100% success rate.

Daniel’s approach combines technical mastery with a holistic perspective, helping coaches develop confidence, clarity, and deeper connections with their clients.

He believes in the transformational power of coaching and is dedicated to fostering growth in every student.

Daniel is also a co-author of three Amazon #1 Bestsellers and was featured in the sales bestseller Stop Selling and Start Leading.

He is the founder of Transcendent Living.

Monselete Bowden, ACC

With a coaching credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Monselete brings over a decade of business expertise and two decades of deep immersion in wellness and beauty.

As a Certified Aromatherapist and licensed practitioner in the Science of Esthetics, Monselete has crafted a unique fusion of aromatics and lifestyle coaching. She is the visionary behind Aromatic Readings, an innovative experience that harmonizes the five pillars of life using specially crafted aromatic roll-on botanicals.

Monselete empowers business owners, creative professionals, and groups to achieve equilibrium, discover their true essence, and live with intention and abundance. Her deep commitment to well-being and lifestyle coaching ensures that every client flourishes personally and professionally.
